According to a press release from his support team, Jeff was freed on December 16, 2009.

Originally sentenced to serve a 22+ year sentence for setting fire to sports utility vehicles to protest the destruction of the environment. In February of 2008 he was resentenced to ten years imprisonment, meaning he’ll be out in December 2009!
